Welcome to the Goddess Parlor! My name is Lucy. Ever since I moved to my Brooklyn neighborhood, very magical and mystical things have happened! For starters, I thought I moved into an empty home ... but it turns out I was never alone! I’m sure I saw a painting move out of the corner of my eye, and the house plants seem to be communicating non-stop ... but do you know the weirdest thing of all? One by one I began to make friends with the colorful Mischievous Goddesses [hand-crafted puppets] who, as it turns out, have been living in the Goddess Parlor forever! All seven Mischievous Goddesses have very unique personalities - I can’t wait for you to meet them! If you want fashion advice - ask Amber - she’s really in tune with self-expression. Want to know how to talk to trees? Roco is your girl. And if you’re in need of some love and kindness, Madame Lotus is always ready to give away her totally scrumptious hugs!
With help from the Mischievous Goddesses, the Goddess Parlor has become a vibrant hub of friendship and activity ... full of mindfulness and a fair share of mischief.
Aside from all of that completely normal behavior (yeah right!) there is another welcome addition to the house - our neighbor Clara, who lives downstairs. Clara is a rare and special soul always sharing her radical gift of help and healing. It sounds crazy ... but I’ve been told that Clara’s energy can teleport anywhere in the world! Apparently, she has a sixth sense that detects chaos and she’s always ready to intervene and help people to see things with a different perspective. Some call her wise ... but if this is all true, I’d say she’s more like a superheroine!
And then there’s Eva. How would any of us cope without Eva? She’s the bubbly owner of the local bodega and the glue to our community. I’m always in that corner store ... the Mischievous Goddesses are eating me out of house and home! But as normal as she seems I’m certain Eva is hiding something. Many of us have tried to guess, but it’s very difficult to pinpoint. Some say she has a secret bunker, others say she has a pet llama, but the most realistic theory to me is that she communicates with an alien! I was in the back of her store once deciding between kombuchas, and she completely forgot I was there ... her phone conversation was totally bonkers! She was explaining humankind and what we do on planet earth! Alien territory for sure.

Episodes are standalone and move between the main storyline of Lucy and the Mischievous Goddesses in the Goddess Parlor, Eva and her alien friend Xola conversing on the bodega telephone, and Clara intervening her wisdom at random.
Each episode revolves around a particular theme (eg. kindness, bravery, change). Lounging in her Goddess Parlor, Lucy opens each episode speaking directly to the audience and introducing the theme of the day. The Mischievous Goddesses quickly get involved moving the story forward to show the theme in action. A problem inevitably arises, and the audience is taken on a journey to solve it.
Episodes end with story arcs complete and lessons learned. Lucy closes the show with a personal good-bye from the Goddess Parlor reflecting on the theme of the day.
